CASELOAD CALCULATOR: Comments on Caseload Concept Paper and Caseload Matrix
CMSA invites you to review and comment on the updated version of the caseload matrix and the accompanying caseload concept paper. CMSA, along with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and other members of the Caseload Work Group, is pleased to present these documents, which provide the foundation from which a calculator to determine appropriate caseload size and case mix for case managers working in health, behavioral health, and workers' compensation settings can be developed.

NEW CMSA WEBSITE: Coming this fall! More interactive features and updated look
In an effort to enhance the member experience and to broaden the dialogue on issues surrounding the field of case management, CMSA has embarked on an effort to build a new, feature-rich website.
This new website will bring new tools and resources to CMSA's existing members, company members, corporate partners, and chapters. But just as importantly, the website will now include new consumer-directed information as well as information designed for individuals and groups shaping legislation and policies that impact case management.
A short, interactive demonstration of the new website layout and redesign graphics is currently available.
