One online entry is allowed per promotion per e-mail address per week. Subsequent entries from a given e-mail address during any single week for this promotion will not be eligible.
All entries received between 12/1/2007 and 3/31/2008 will be eligible for a single Free Complimentary Conference Registration award. You will automatically be entered into this Contest by completing the Contest entry form.
How to enter our Giveaway. To become eligible for the Free Complimentary Conference Registration, simply provide the correct answers to the trivia quiz questions and provide your personal contact information so that we may contact you in the event that you are a winner. NO PURCHASE IS EVER NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN!
PRIZE DISTRIBUTION. Prizes will be awarded by random drawings of all valid Trivia Quiz entries at the time of the drawing. A single random drawing resulting in the distribution of one Free Complimentary Conference Registration will be held on each of the following days: 1/31/2008, 2/28/2008, and 3/31/2008. A total of three Free Complimentary Conference Registrations will be awarded. Odds of winning are based on the number of valid entries received and the number of random drawings necessary to award a giveaway. Confirmed winners become immediately ineligible to win additional giveaways in any and all subsequent drawings during the eligibility timeperiod of this Contest.
Winners will be notified by postal mail, electronic communication, or via phone, at our option. Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner. Winner must be located and must accept the Giveaway within 30 days or we will select an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and photograph in website promotions and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
Board of Judges’ decisions are final. Taxes are winner's responsibility. Contest is only open to U.S. residents over the age of 18. Principals, employees, contracted personell of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) and www.cmsa.org, their affiliates and subsidiaries, their contest processors, their management staff, their immediate families and the Board of Judges are not eligible. Write-In Entry Instructions. You may write in as often as you like to enter our ongoing Trivia Quiz Contest at the address below. To enter by postal mail, please write your answers to the current Trivia Quiz questions, along with your personal contact postal address, phone number and email address (if available), on a 3' x 4' card and mail to the address listed below. Contest eligibility will be based on date the write-in entry is received. Just mail each entry separately. We do not accept entries from a third party or entries sent in bulk.
