COL Rebecca Downs Baker, MHA, RN             Director, Warrior Transition Operations Alexandria, VA             Rebecca D. Baker, COL, AN, MHA, RN is a mobilized U.S. Army Reserve Officer assigned to the Army's Office of the Surgeon General, as Director, Warrior Tranistion Office. The Warrior Tranistion Office is responsible for the oversight of the Army Medical Command's Warrior Transition Program. COL Baker's most recent civilian experience includes Clinical Services Driector, Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Telephone Care with the VA San Diego Healthcare System where she assisted to direct all aspects of these clinical operations, including case management. COL Baker has served over 15 years in Active Duty positions, and 12 years in various USAR positions. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Scool of Nursing (BSN), the U.S. Army-Baylor Program in Health Care Administration (MHA), and the U. S. Army Command and General Staff College.
