Stricker, Patricia A., MEd, RN, is Vice President of Clinical and Client Services for TCS Healthcare Technologies, Auburn, CA.  She is responsible for Clinical Product Development, Client Services, Implementation, Education, and Clinical Sales Support for the ACUITY Advanced Care Management System, an integrated Medical Management software that includes UM, CM, DM, Prevention, and Referral modules. Pat’s many years of Directorial and Senior Management expertise have focused on working with consulting teams and providing a full range of integrated medical management consulting services.  Her professional speaking, community, and civic services are myriad; in addition to co-authoring “The Elderly Abuse Protocol Manual, The Toledo Hospital (1985)” and contributing to Chapter 5, “Utilization Management/Resource Management,” Core Curriculum for Case Management (2001).
