Cheri Lattimer, RN, BSN, is currently Executive Director of the Case Management Society of America; and, President of Case Management Inc. She offers extensive expertise in developing and implementing care management services and programs. She has provided leadership in the development and implementation of integrated care management systems and processes, total quality improvement programs, co-morbid management of medical and behavioral conditions, and care management training for the delivery of integrated services. She is a nationally recognized expert regarding care delivery issues in managed care and the implementation of efficient healthcare systems and solutions.

Ms. Lattimer has over 30 years’ experience in all areas of the healthcare industry, ranging from hands-on medical care to executive leadership positions in the managed care industry. Her experience set the basis for becoming a national figure in the advanced care management integration movement. This new model of care supports members and providers alike, in attaining care options and assisting consumers in developing healthcare, self-managing skills. Ms. Lattimer has served in numerous positions of leadership within the hospital, managed care, and physician/provider community and she is the Project Director for the National Transitions of Care Coalition. She is a member of CMSA, DMAA, & ACHE; and holds a position on the Case Management Leadership Coalition.
