Frank A. Little, Sr., MSA, MSW, retired from the United States Navy as an Executive Healthcare Administrator.  He is the author of three books of maxims and tips on leadership, motivation, and inspiration––all based on experiences and observations that have had an impact on his life and career. 

Mr. Little holds a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Social Work degree.  He currently directs the Population Health program at a Military Treatment Facility, and works as a private administrative management consultant.

In addition to his usual vocation and writing, Mr. Little is an accomplished artist, an adjunct faculty professor, and a sought­- after lecturer, and motivational speaker on personal development and leadership. Mr. Little is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia; and currently resides with his family in Upper Marlboro, MD.
