Michelle McCleerey, PhD, MA, MEd, RN, MBA, is currently the Director of Patient Flow Solutions for Hill-Rom IT Solutions. Previous to this position, she served as the Director of Professional Services for Hill-Rom leading the clinical consulting services, design services, information services, and patient and caregiver safety services groups.

Michelle has a background in nursing, having worked in the areas of surgical, rehabilitation, mental health, and occupational health nursing. She also has a Master’s Degree in Education, as well as a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Human Factors; and she recently acquired her MBA. Her professional experience entails work as a Research Analyst, Human Factors Analyst, Director of Safety and Education, and adjunct professor.
