Kathy Beckett, PT, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from West Virginia University in 1984.  Her professional career has included 20 years’ clinical experience in Workers’ Compensation and Industrial Services; and she currently is the National Clinical Director for Select Medical Corporation’s Outpatient Division, where she was responsible for the development of national clinical Industrial Rehabilitation programs.  Kathy also provides oversight of all clinical aspects of Industrial Services and Workers’ Compensa­tion for the Division; and is responsible for meeting clinical quality goals including the development and implementation of patient management systems, Industrial Centers of Excellence, customized return-to-work programs, and standardized injury management and prevention programs.  Additionally, Kathy is part of the national clinical education team, and has lectured on various topics including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Work Hardening and Work Conditioning programs, Post Offer of Employment testing, Evidenced-Based Practice, Injury Management and Return-To-Work Programs.
