Carla S. Taylor, RN, BSN, received her BSN in 1982 from the University of AL in Birmingham. She has been employed by Coosa Valley Medical Center for the past 20 years; and in her current position, Director of Continuum and Outcomes Management, she is responsible for the Case Management, Clinical Documentations, Utilization Review, Infection Control, Employee Health, Risk Management, and Performance Improvement functions for the organization.  Carla is also responsible for the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of clinical, financial, and quality indicators to direct the performance improvement activities for the organization.
