Beverley Jane Roberts, BSc (Hons) Dip Psych             Assistant Director--Research Training & Development CareMax International Limited Southampton, , GBR             Beverley Roberts is a skilled facilitator in change management and training with a history of success in project management in a number of notable companies in the commercial sector and across a variety of industries. She has a BSc degree in Psychology and Computing, and a diploma in Psychology. During the last six years Beverley has moved into the public and charitable sectors through positions within the NHS and with Macmillan Cancer Support. In the NHS Beverley worked as the Palliative Care Education Facilitator and Primary Care Project Manager for the Dorset Cancer Network. In Macmillan Cancer Support she worked firstly as Project Manager for ‘The Macmillan Cancer Support Gold Standards Framework Programme’ and then more recently as the User Involvement Coordinator. Both these roles had a national Project Manager remit. While working for the NHS and for Macmillan Cancer Support Beverley designed and delivered presentations, provided facilitation and training skills to mixed and diverse cross-functional client groups that have included Consultants, General Practitioners, Managers, Nurses and Patients. She has also had extensive experience in the organisation of educational seminars, workshops and national conferences for the above client groups. Her strategic and practical achievements in culture change combined with wide management experience will support CareMax in working with its customers to integrate managed healthcare services within their wider operations.
