Lynn S. Muller, RN, BA, CCM, JD, JMC             Nurse Attorney Muller & Muller Bergenfield, NJ             Lynn Muller, RN, BA, CCM, JD, JMC, is a Nurse Attorney and managing partner of the law firm of Muller & Muller. Her practice includes civil litigation, including; personal injury, family matters, probate, wills and estates, as well as in-house and consulting representation of nurses and other medical practitioners, facilities, health service corporations, where she advises clients on regulatory compliance. She has more than 35 years experience as a Registered Professional Nurse and is a Certified Case Manager (CCM). Lynn is the former Director of Social Services for the Borough of Bergenfield, NJ, a Community Based Case Management Program she initiated. Lynn is the Municipal Court Judge for her town and a former Councilwoman. She is a former adjunct professor and the Academic Director of the Legal Nurse Consultant Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. Prior to her admission to the bar, Lynn was President of Forensic Nursing Resources and is an experienced legal nurse consultant and nurse expert witness. She is the author of numerous articles in Nursing and Case Management Journals, as well as the Legal Issues Chapter of CMSA's Core Curriculum for Case Management. She is on the Professional Advisory Board of the Professional Case Management Journal, as well as a contributing author and columnist for the Legal and Ethical Forum.
