Brenda Caroll Donovan, RN, BSN             Nurse Case Manager Massachusetts General Hospital Boston, MA             Brenda Caroll Donovan received her RN BSN, from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Her experience is in orthopedic nursing, orthopedic and emergency case management and currently works in this role. She has been instrumental with the implementation of the Risk Assessment and Prediction Tool (RAPT) in educating patients and families regarding insurance guidelines for post acute needs s/p joint replacements.
