Mary E Donnelly, RN, BSN, CPUR, CPUM, CPC-A             Director of QI, Credentialing, and Appeals Johns Hopkins Healthcare Glen Burnie, MD             Mary Donnelly is the Director of QI, Credentialing, and Appeals at Johns Hopkins Healthcare. Johns Hopkins Healthcare provides the managed care infrastructure support and care management within the state of Maryland. Ms. Donnelly is responsible for the coordination and development of all activities and functions of quality improvement to include: design, establishment. and implementation of a global QI program. Also, she is responsible for the coordination and development of all activities and functions of credentialing, including direction, oversight, and management of JHHC’s provider network credentialing function. Ms. Donnelly third department is oversight of provider and member appeals. She is responsible for ensuring departmental compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards Ms. Donnelly is the past Senior Compliance Auditor for Johns Hopkins Health system. She was responsible for development and implementation of multidisciplinary compliance audits for tertiary and community hospital facilities as well as home health care, Durable Medical Equipment and Outpatient Pharmacy places of service. In addition, she has extensive experience in utilization management, quality improvement, appeals, and complex case management. Ms. Donnelly received her BSN from St. Mary’s college in Indiana and is currently enrolled in graduate studies at the University of Phoenix.
