Aliotta, Sherry L., RN-BC, BSN, CCM, has served as a frontline case manager, Director of Case Management, and Vice President of Medical Management. She has over 20 years’ experience in CM, including home health, indemnity/self-insured, Medicare and Medicaid managed care, workers’ comp, hospital, and provider groups. As President and CEO of S.A. Squared Associates, Inc., she serves as an independent consultant to clients throughout the country in the development and/or implementation of numerous case management programs, which are often noted for their effectiveness in demonstrating strong outcomes related to cost and quality. She has also presented educational training programs to hundreds of case managers from various parts of the country. Sherry is a frequent national speaker on case management and has published numerous articles in medical journals and periodicals. She also participates in CMS demonstration projects, and her tool for evaluation of CM process and structure has been used internationally. 

She has held the following positions: President, 2004-2005 Board of Directors, CMSA; National Director, CMSA; Member-At-Large, CMSA; Chair, Council for Case Management Accountability; Chair, CMSA National Conference; Master Trainer CMAG Business Unit, and Secretary, CMSA Southern California Chapter. Sherry was awarded CMSA’s “Distinguished Case Manager of the Year Award.”
