Will healthcare be a major political issue in the 2008 Elections?  What is the healthcare platform of the Presidential candidates? In this session, representatives from the campaigns of each of the Presidential candidates will discuss and analyze the healthcare initiatives being proposed. Specific proposals that might impact  the practice of case management--including chronic care and/or disease-specific programs or initiatives--will be addressed. The panel will be invited to assess how realistic their proposals are, in terms of the political landscape and available financing; and how the candidates would prioritize healthcare needs.
