There are three ways to evaluate collaborative practices model:

• Process: Measure what was done.
• Outcome: Measure what was targeted for impact.
• Attribution: Answer the question: Did "what was done" (i.e., process) actually cause "what happened?" (i.e., the outcome)? 

This session will describe the following:

• An Evaluation Model — how to better understand when to use one kind of evaluation vs. another kind.
• An Evaluation Checklist — a list developed by a non-profit organization dedicated to practical solutions to evaluation that will help you do decent attribution evaluation -- in the end this is what we all want.
• Emerging Issues — Introduction to a new "attribution problem" that will be seen in a team-based collaboration model, and what we'll need to do about it.
