Room rates will be honored until May 17, 2008 unless the CMSA Room Block sells out. After the cut-off date, the hotel will honor room rates on a space-available basis. Hotel rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently at 12.5% 1% Orange County Convention Center surcharge) in effect at the time of check-in.
REFUNDS: Hotel refunds will be made only when cancellations are received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. |

Rosen Shingle Creek is conveniently located on Universal Boulevard just off the Beachline Expressway (SR 528, Exit #2) and a half mile east of the Orange County Convention Center. This ideal location is also minutes away from Orlando's world famous attractions like Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando® Resort, Wet‘N Wild and Sea World® Adventure Park.
From the Orlando International Airport
- Take the north exit from the airport to S.R. 528 (the Beachline Expressway).
- Take S.R. 528 Westbound to Exit #2.
- From the exit ramp, turn right onto Universal Blvd at the traffic light.
- The entrance to Rosen Shingle Creek will be on the right side of Universal Blvd.
From Celebration / Disney
- Take I-4 eastbound to exit #72 (the Beachline Expressway / S.R. 528).
- Head east on S.R. 528 to Exit 2 (Universal Blvd./ Orange Blvd.).
- From the exit ramp, veer to the left then turn left onto Universal Blvd.
- The entrance to Rosen Shingle Creek will be the second traffic light on Universal Blvd.
From Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral
- Take S.R. 528 (Beachline Expressway) westbound (toll road) to Exit # 2.
- From the exit ramp, turn right onto Universal Blvd.
- The entrance to Rosen Shingle Creek will be the next street on the right.
From Jacksonville, FL
- Take I-95 southbound to Exit #86 (Interstate 4).
- Take I-4 westbound to Exit #72 ( the Beachline Expressway / S.R. 528).
- Head east on S.R. 528 to Exit 2 (Universal Blvd. / Orangewood Blvd.).
- From the exit ramp, veer to the left then turn left onto Universal Blvd. at the traffic light.
- The entrance to Rosen Shingle Creek will be the second traffic light on Universal Blvd.
From Miami / Ft. Lauderdale
- Take the Florida Turnpike (toll road) north to Exit # 259.
- Take 1-4 westbound to Exit #72 (the Beachline Expressway / S.R. 528).
