Philadelphia, PA — Dorland Healthcare Information (DHI), a nationally recognized publisher which produces print and online publications covering healthcare and managed care organizations and related health services information, has partnered with the Case Management Society of America (CMSA), a professional association dedicated to the support and advancement of case management professionals.

With over 100 years of experience in publishing healthcare information, Dorland is a leader in the field of case management and helps provide the nation's 150,000 case managers with information they require on a daily basis to meet the needs of their clients. Recently, Dorland supplied CMSA's 9,400 members with the Case Management Resource Guide, a four-volume set with over 120,000 products and services, and a subscription to Case in Point, a quarterly journal written by and for case managers.

As a benefit of membership, CMSA routinely provides members with tools and resources to assist them in the delivery of services for their patients. "The members of our association will not only benefit from DHI's case management expertise, but from their contacts as well," stated CMSA Executive Director Cheri Lattimer, RN, BSN. "We are pleased to be working with such an experienced group."

The partnership first began in June 2005 after a meeting between CMSA and DHI representatives at Orlando 2005, CMSA's 15th Annual Conference and Expo, where DHI approached CMSA directors with a proposal to supply their members with the complimentary care management resources. CMSA was thrilled to have such an offer and felt this would provide its members with even more resources to help them increase their knowledge of their industry and assist them in providing appropriate interventions and care for the patients they serve.
