Deborah Gutteridge, MS, CCM, with over 25 years in the field of case management, possesses experience in multiple practice settings, ranging from state vocational rehabilitation, to acute inpatient, to post acute rehabilitation in her current position as a clinical evaluator/case manager for the NeuroRestorative. Partnering with other case managers from commercial, workers' compensation, provider-based and public sector funding, Deborah has facilitated the planning, advocating, development, and acquisition of appropriate services for the consumers she serves. Additionally, Deborah has been involved with CMSA for 16 years, serving in both local and national capacities. She has demonstrated strong leadership skills serving her local chapter in the roles of Communities of Practice (CoP) Chair, Director, Secretary, Vice President, President, and Executive Director.
Nationally, Deborah has served as Industry Council Chair, 2007-2008; CMAG Business Unit Board Member-at-Large, 2007-2008; and Vice President, 2006-2007 for the CMSA Board of Directors. In 2003-2004, she served in the capacity of Chapter President's Council Representative, and facilitated the Chapter Leadership Workshop at CMSA's 2004 conference in Nashville. Deborah has presented at the Chapter Leadership Workshop in 2005 in Orlando, and 2006 in Dallas, as well as co-facilitated the New Attendee Orientation Session for national conference "first time attendees' in 2004, 2005, and 2006. Deborah is currently a trainer assisting with CMSA's Integrated Case Management Training Program.
