Registration Cancellation and/or Change Policies
All requests for cancellations, refunds or changes should be emailed to:

Cancellations will only be considered when received in writing.
You may receive a full refund for your conference registration (less a $100 processing fee) for written cancellations received by CMSA on or before Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Cancellations on or after April 25, 2012 will follow the respective refund policies indicated below. Registrants who do not show for their respective webinars and/or face-to-face training and do not contact CMSA (via written correspondence as listed above) prior to the end of the webinar and/or face-to-face training will automatically forfeit all applicable registration fees paid.

Cancellations Due to Verifiable Medical Emergencies
If your inability to contact us was due to a verifiable emergency medical issue that occurred within 1 one week prior to the start of a Section training (period starting
April 25, 2012 for Section I training; June 17, 2012 for Section II training), the postmarked deadline to receive your request for a partial refund will be within 10 days post event. Regretfully, no considerations for a any refund can be made after this date.
Event and/or Webinar Change or Cancellation Policies
CMSA reserves the right to cancel any and all Integrated Case Management Training events if conditions warrant.
In the event of such a cancellation, full or prorated registration fees will be refunded. CMSA is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses or out-of-pocket costs incurred as a result of registration or participation in the Integrated Case Management Training events.
