About Rebecca Perez, RN, BSN, CCM
 Rebecca is President and owner of Carative Health Solutions providing case/care management services, case management program development, and consulting. She is the current Member-at Large for the 2010 CMSA Board of Directors, a CMAG trainer and Integrated Case Management Trainer. She is a co-author of the CMAG Depression Chapter, the Integrated Case Management Manual published June 2010 by Springer publishing, and has authored several articles for professional journals. Becky has 16 years of acute care experience and 16 years case management experience.
