This Case Management Resource PathTM was developed to provide case managers with clinical knowledge and important information regarding the treatment and management of chronic wounds. Knowledge gained from this resource path may assist the case manager in the delivery of case management services for the patient who has been diagnosed with or is at risk for developing a chronic, non-healing wound. CEs: Upon successful completion, nurses will be able to receive 4.0 contact hours from the Florida Board of Nursing or the California Board of Registered Nursing. Certified Case Managers will receive 4.0 contact hours from the Commission for Case Manager Certification. Funded by an educational grant provided by KCI. |
