CMSA Integrated Case Management Training

Lower Health Costs and Improve Health Outcomes
in Complex Patients through Integrated Care Management

The Integrated Case Management (ICM) training program was developed to allow case managers coming from either medical or mental health backgrounds to transition to a holistic assessment and assistance approach that allows them to help patients with barriers to improvement in any complexity domain from case management initiation to graduation.

Applications for more than 40 Nursing and CCM credit hours have been filed for continuing education credits.
