In 2008, CMSA and NASW members developed the Case Management Caseload Concept Paper describing the variables to consider when determining CM caseloads.  To further that work, a clinical team, working with technology experts, are defining the functional specification of the concepts and caseload matrix to develop a functional tool.  This session will look at the work being done; and describe the next steps to moving the project beyond concept, to creating an automated tool, and seek feedback from the attendees.
