Over 50 million Americans provide caregiving support to their moms, dads, spouses, children, or friends.  Yet these individuals are often ill-prepared to take on these tasks and often the caregiver’s health and well-being is affected. This session will cover support and resources available for case managers in working with caregivers, and how case managers can provide timely information to their patients and family caregivers.
