Organizations that are out of compliance with the URAC CM standards jeopardize their accreditation, which can lead to increased scrutiny and oversight by regulators and clients. This session will address the importance of accreditation for case management programs, and review the most frequent areas of noncompliance for URAC’s CM standards.
