This presentation will assist in understanding the Hispanic culture in the workplace, and its effect on rehabilitation of injured persons--a necessary competency for today's nursing caregivers.

New nurse case management tools are necessary to assist the Hispanic injured person to comply with care, accept responsibility, and assist with his or her own return to work process.
