David W. Bueltemann, BS, as Supervisor of senior claimant representatives, has helped more than 5,000 people with disabilities receive their entitled Social Security Disability Insurance. During this time, he has represented SSDI applicants at administrative law judge hearings in 29 states in 10 judicial circuits.
He joined Allsup, Inc., in 1991, and served as an appeals analyst, claims manager, and senior claimant representative before assuming his present position. Mr. Bueltemann's current responsibilities include supervision of the preparation and submission of detailed legal briefs to administrative law judges (ALJ) in an effort to secure on-the-record SSDI award decisions.
Additionally, he supervises representatives attending oral hearings and making appeal. Understanding and successfully building strong underlying support for the disabled person’s claim is a specialized skill that, when applied well, has a positive lifelong impact on Allsup clients and their financial situation.
