Felizitas Devine, RN, MS, MBA, CCM, is a Registered Nurse with over twenty-five years’ health industry experience with a concentration in innovative Medical Management solutions and Project Management.  Her expertise has been sought by payer and provider organizations for business process reengineering, health system implementations, and strategy. As a Medical Management champion, she has successfully assisted many clients achieve their cost and quality outcomes.

Ms. Devine has a Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Russell Sage College, a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the New School of Social Research, and a Masters in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University. She is also a Certified Case Manager; a member of Case Management Society of America (CMSA) National, and a founding board member of CMSA of the Chesapeake Chapter. Additionally, Ms. Devine is an Acting Commissioner for the Commission of Case Manager Certification, and a CMSA Communities of Practice Managed Care Facilitator.
