Gail Bean, BSN, RN, CCM, is a Certified Case Manager and BSN graduate, who has been involved in pediatric care for children with special health care needs for over 20 years, in roles ranging from hospital discharge planning, to Health Plan case management and program development.  She is currently Assistant Director of Provider & Care Coordination at Texas Children’s Health Plan, a provider-based HMO serving Medicaid and CHIP members.
