Stefani Daniels, RN, MSNA, CMAC, ACM is the President and Managing Partner of Phoenix Medical Management, a national consulting firm exclusively devoted to hospital-based case management programs since 1994. She held faculty appointments in Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Nova Southeastern University’s School of Business and Entrepreneurship in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She serves on the editorial board of Lippincott’s Professional Case Management journal, and is a former member of the Credentialing Advisory Board for the Center for Case Management.

Stefani is a graduate of Stockton State College in New Jersey and Villanova University in Pennsylvania; and spent the majority of her career in the executive suite of hospitals in New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida. She is a frequent guest speaker at regional and national healthcare meetings, and is the co-author of a new textbook:  “The Leader’s Guide to Hospital Case Management,” published by Jones & Bartlett. She is also the author of the acute care case management chapter in the recently published “CMSA Core Curriculum,” published by Lippincott & Williams.
