Anna Carson, RN, has been a case manager for over 20 years. Currently, she is employed as a Practice-Based Case Manager, but with much experience in other modes of case management including acute hospital and all levels of inpatient rehabilitation. Anna has also performed case management for the Managed Care Environment. Much of her case management experience has been in the areas of neurology, neurosurgery, diabetes, and cardiac care. In addition to direct patient care, she has developed teaching programs and tools, and provided instruction for patients with chronic illnesses.
