Laura Bachrach, RN, BSN, MSL, CCM, CLL, is currently the Executive Director of the Arizona Chapter of Case Management Society of America (CMSA). She is a Registered Nurse receiving her BSN at the Arizona State University. She is also a Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Laughter Leader (CLL), and a therapeutic clown, providing her the fun opportunity to bring laughter back into people’s lives. She received her Masters of Science in Leadership through the Ken Blanchard School of Business.
